  • Jean Baptiste has an extensive international experience in complex and challenging building engineering and construction projects with multiculturals stakeholders. He is committed to delivering high quality projects to programme and cost plan.

  • Jean Baptiste has developed his experience on Commercial, Mix Used and Banking projects and was involved in the excecutive management of JLL Ingénierie and WSP France while developping Technical Advisory, MEP Design and Technical Due Diligence.

Mounir Aknazzay

  • With a background in mechanical engineering, Mounir has proven leadership and design skills He has a proactive, dynamic and logical attitude to problem solving and has a proven track record of delivering high quality projects to programme and cost plan.

  • Mounir has recently led and delivered a mixture of new and refurbishment projects including high density office space investment bank from initial concept design to project close out Mounir act as design leader or external consultant to ensure project delivery.

  • Mounir has worked for more than 20 years for globally reknowned and prestiguous MEP Consulting Engineering firms ( WSP, Flack+Kurtz, Barbanel)

  • He has extensive experience in the commercial, retail residential leisure and industrial sector :

    • Graduated with Masters of Engineering from the University Mines of Douai (France),
    • Member of the Association des Ingénieurs et Techniciens en Climatique, Ventilation et Froid (AICVF).
